to allow ssh from ops.emulab.net.

Add a little bit of text around the profile description that tries to
give the user a better sense of what will go on.

a routeable IP, then use "basic" instead of closed so that ssh is
allowed in (on the alternate port of course).

1) When sending email verification, set the From to aptlab.net.

2) After entering the verification code, throw up the Please Wait
   modal. 

3. Use "booted" instead "provisioned"

Display a paste-able command for ssh, but the link still goes to the
URL

This is almost certainly because they have an Emulab account, so tell
them to log in

I was not really liking the side by side thing, so put the button in
a panel footer instead.

The main downside is that this looks sort of silly for a logged in user,
who doesn't need the rest of the form. So, still needs some work.

Produces a really nice 'in 3 hours' kind of message.

We could use moment to do a lot of the date math much more cleanly, but
I've had enough of this for now.

This produces a much nicer display. We really need to stop setting the
same fields in PHP and JS, though, this is a real nightmare.

If the snmpit_use_jumbo boolean attribute is set to '1' then the module
will enable jumbo frames for all created vlans.  The value in
'node_attributes', if it exists, overrides the value in
'node_type_attributes' (if it exists).  The default if neither exists
is '0', or 'disabled'.
