In our world, a credential target matches if its from the same domain
(subauth not considered), has the same type and the same id.

so use a having clause.

rspec syntax in the link element: <emulab:interswitch allow="false"/>

When set, assign is not allowed to map this link to an interswitch link;
this is to force a link to be resolved by two nodes connected to the
same switch.

We were creating snapshots at the wrong time and not maintaining
