Got new visualization integrated...
Put .png files for icons in www/ (both src and build trees)
..those should probably be somewhere else eventually (at least in a subdir of www),
but they're happy there for now.

Events that aren't understood are reported as unknown features, the
assumption being that they are valid in the ns environment, just not the
testbed environment.  Most of the code is the new "at" method for the
Simulator class.

out included directives to prevent caching along the way. Now we look
at the protocol (http vs https) and include directives that allow
(encourage) http pages to be cached for a short time. My reasoning is
that anything we spit out via http is documentation, and can grow a
bit stale. Sure, the menu on the left is dynamic, but not so dynanic
that it can't go a little stale too for people who are not logged in.

and set the eventstate field of the nodes table.
