mcast addr problem, change the pick_address code so that it always adds one to the last address picked. Store the last used index in the emulab_indicies table (the table is seeded with the BASEADDR if there is no existing address, so external emulabs will be okay). With the lower three octets, it should be quite some time before we run out and have to start over (currently it sends email if this happens).

described elsewhere ... Note that until Jay approves the new menu config, mere users will *not* see the new collaboration menu. Only STUDLY() users will see the new menu, although everyone will see the rest of the front page menu changes since they are fairly minor.

'boss' -> 'boss+router' 'ops' -> 'ops+fs' 'fs' (new role) 'router' (new role) These are in preparation for allowing configurations with split ops and fs nodes (and sometime down the road, split boss and router nodes). This checkin is just the DB state changes along with the scripts that look at that state. The Big One, which actually sets up separate nodes automatically, is undergoing more testing but will be Coming Soon.

to generate the cvsd.conf file from a head+tail file, and restart the server. A few other steps need to be performed though since we NFS local mount the project CVS repos into a jail that cvsd is running in. So, the mount directory has to be changed, and the repo read-only mounted into the jail. Also setup anoncvs (and anonymous) user entries (no password), and munge the config file in CVSROOT so that the lockdir points to someplace in the jail that can be written.

marked publically readable. Anon users trying to find a project repo are silently redirected over the ops web server. Some really disgusting stuff in cvsweb.cgi; do not look! Note we now install cvsweb and friends into ops:/usr/testbed/www/cvsweb

to make it public or private. Called from the web server when a project root or an admin user, toggles the public repo flag in the project profile. This script only does whats needed for cvsweb; it needs to be extended for cvs pserver stuff.
