Add a limit=N option for controlling how many nodes returned.

option is now "[[includevirt] or [virtonly[=<phys>]]]". In other
words, you can ask to include virtual nodes, or you can ask for just
virtual nodes. Optionally, you can ask for the virtual nodes for a
specific physical node. I use this from assign_wrapper to map local
jail nodes.

Change the testsuite to use this option, so that 'full' mode can be
used on widearea nodes.

Also, allow the testsuite to match against node classes in addition
to types.

standardize on using /usr/bin/perl instead of /usr/local/bin/perl (most already

Also, a few more access checks. Only admins are able to run 'inuse' (to prevent
users from seeing each other's experiments.) You are also only allowed to run
tbreport for experiments in projects that you are trusted by.

Many changes and updates for handling new types. The db now has types like 'pc600', 'pc850', and 'dnard', and each type has a class like 'pc' or 'shark'. This updates scripts that use types to use classes where appropriate, and to handle the new types where there were hardcoded things that couldn't be eliminated right now.
