operation I figure out all on my own.

This just adds and deletes the database field entries (experiments table)
so that other things will work correctly.

We now pass through <pid> and <eid>, and do not munge the filenames.

EIDs no longer concatenate the PID into the string, but instead there
are independent PID/EID fields to make experiments unique. Also, there
were changes to the tb* scripts.

Added pids, checks for experiment existence, and freeing all nodes in an experiment without naming them.

list when there are no experiements.

verify.php3 renamed to verifyusr_form.php3
verified.php3 renamed to verifyusr.php3

<pid> <eid> <file>

longer means anything.

tbend now also takes the extra argument.
