Netdisk Kernel project.

Possible statuses are: "up","possbily down","down","unpingable"

"possibly down" indicates that a node has looked down for 1 run of node_status -
next time node_status is run, it will be set to 'down' if it still doesn't
respond.

"unpingable" indicates that a node is beleived to be running an OS that does
not reply to pings, so we can't tell if it's up or down

radio button in the new project web page so people can opt out of
having their URL listed.

Added full support for adding vlans based on the table in the database. Takes pid and eid and sets up the vlans. Added tableVlans to snmpit_lib to get them from the db, and updated snmpit_doc.txt.

to use a <meta> tag which you cannot backup over. I could have used
a Redirect, but then there would be a problem http vs https, and all
of our separate www trees. This was easier.

Small set of changes to make snmpit work correctly for the control router. I also added entries in the database for ports that are in vlans (other than the default #1) that aren't connected to a node in the database. So, from now on, when an empty port is in a vlan, we need to put an entry in the wires table that says its connected to node 'empty' on some unused port number.
