Fix to aid updating source: Grant found a site that, for some reason,

had a different filename for one of the MIBs. Make either name work,
and don't croak up front if the MIB doesn't exist: only croak if the
MIB doesn't exist *and* someone tries to use it. Right now, I think
only Utah uses this function....
