More removal of hardwired paths in favor of paths.sh vars.
Included script getfromtb.sh does not exist.
touch and env do not exist in MFS.
Use tmcc, not tmcc.bin.
Create /etc/emulab/ismfs as frisbee MFS doesn't have it.
