This doubles the build time, so I'm only doing it for CloudLab for now

Use the rather-nice racket/commandline library to parse them rather than
the ad-hoc junk I was using before. This makes it possible to pass in
the path to geni-lib

- Rename the file to match the updated name of the Chef section
- Add notes about browser warnings, recommended browsers, additional reading
- Imporove motivational statements
- Many fixes and updates in sections before the Apache exercise

I don't think it was adding anything useful at this point

So far, it's pretty hard to keep the PDF version going and do some of
the fancier stuff with HTML/CSS; things that pass through fine to HTML
don't pass through to LaTeX as well.

I do hope to put it back someday, see Issue #2

Defines a new style that you *must* include in the @title() element of a
page that causes the right javascript and CSS to get loaded

Uses a version of highlight.js that has been slightly hacked to:

1) Look for .code-sample instead of "pre code" to find code to highlight
2) Auto-initialize itself at the end

Bug: Need to figure out how to *add on to* not override the default
style

You can now pass a command line arg to scribble to turn on CloudLab
mode. Right now, all this does is change the binding for @(tb)

Make all #:tags somewhat consistent

Always use @seclink instead of @secref. The latter is neat, but it's
just too hard to keep track of what the titles are.

Make all @seclinks resolve (in some cases creating stub sections)
